**Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Advertising:

Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives.

Content Creation and Management:


Design visually appealing and engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, that align with ABARA's brand voice and target audience.

Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and engages our target audience.

Video Production and Editing:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for promotional campaigns and social media content.
Create engaging short videos that resonate with our audience and effectively convey our brand message.
Edit video content to ensure a high level of quality and professionalism.

Hashtag Strategy and Implementation:

Research and implement effective hashtags for each social media platform to increase visibility and engagement.

Track hashtag performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize reach.

Audience Targeting:

Conduct audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors for targeting.

Set up precise targeting parameters to reach the most relevant audience segments.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Use A/B testing to compare different ad elements (e.g., images, headlines, CTAs) and optimize for better performance.

Adjust targeting, creatives, and strategies based on data-driven insights to improve campaign outcomes.

Lead Generation and Conversion Tracking:

Set up and manage lead generation forms and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.

Track conversions and measure the effectiveness of campaigns in generating leads and sales.

Customer Data Management:

Ensure that customer details collected through lead generation forms are accurately recorded.

Pass collected customer information to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and effective customer relationship management.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare detailed campaign performance reports for internal review and client presentations.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance data.

Community Engagement:

Monitor ad comments and engage with users to foster a positive community around the campaign.

Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
