Consultant Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, independent and details-oriented Consultant Coordinator to join our team to administer the enterprise transformation projects in the Institute.
This enterprise transformation programme aims to better deliver healthcare outcome through learning and development - from understanding the organisation gaps to coaching in developing learning and performance methodologies that is sustainable in the long run.
Responsibilities
This person will report to the Manager of HMA. He will liaise with the clients on enterprise transformation project and assist as a course executive.
His/her responsibilities include the following:
1) Enterprise Transformation for healthcare organisation
He/she will assist the Manager/consultation team to provide support, analysis, and recommendations to clients on the enterprise transformation project(s) that he/she is being assigned to.
Coordination between parties:
Liaise between the consultation team and clients on the clients
- user requirements, expectations and goals;
b)
Data Collection and Analysis:
Understand user requirements and analyse relevant data to support the consulting team's recommendations and decisions;
c)
Project Support:
Provide assistance to the consultation team/Manager in project planning, execution and monitoring the progress;
d)
Client Interactions:
Meet and update clients regularly to assess their needs and update the team's progress;
e)
Learning and Development:
Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends, consulting methodologies, and relevant tools.
2) Course administration for HMA
a) Manage the Training Management System for courses under HMA;
b) Administer and coordinate the courses under HMA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree;
- Good planning and coordination skills.
- Resourceful, independent, responsive and proactive;
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Selfstarter, able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
