Responsibilities

Lead the Planning and Governance Team with responsibility for strategy planning, organization planning, process planning and governance, budget & resource planning and control, IT training planning, sourcing planning and governance, offshore governance and management, BCP Planning and management Formulate company strategies, create roadmaps and action plans Seek consensus and obtain management approval for strategy execution and strategy change Establish sourcing strategy and provide guidance to relevant teams for each project Set up new offshore schemes and develop the governance model and work as PMO Establish project governance structure Facilitate team collaboration and communication Propose and drive the improvement of project / resource allocation Provide service report to Client and Management Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with min. 10 years of relevant work experience Possess Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Possess knowledge in banking application system sand system project management Proven experience in managing project budget, resources, and pipeline control Experience in assisting CEO or Senior Management to formulate the vision and strategy Experience in vendor management as well as set up offshore scheme Able to work with stakeholders and maintain good relationship to steer the tasks Ability to find out the problem and identify the root cause, countermeasure and proceed to solve Has good logical thinking, sense of initiative and proactive in approach Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills A team player who can multi-task and work independently
