Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide overall administrative support to manager(s), such as calendar management, leave and claims submission.
  • Prospect search on local/global tender and collate tender related documents.
  • Provide support on Tender/Projects.
  • Approves timesheets, raise expenses claim on behalf of manager(s).
  • Generates and check invoices accuracy for reconciliation.
  • Generates or distributes ad hoc reports using various business systems and databases.
  • New Joiner induction briefing
  • Generates simple to complex documents, such as letters, memos, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Participates in developing, administering, and communicating policies and procedures.
  • Liaises with external parties, coordinates and facilitates on company related events/activities.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Performs other general clerical duties as needed.

Essential qualification/experience:

  • Preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who is able to work independently
  • Selfmotivated, mature, resourceful and adaptable
