Responsibilities:

  • Regular meetings to discuss project goals and developments with engineers and contractors.
  • Leading and inspiring teams and site foremen.
  • Making sure the necessary equipment is present on the premises.
  • Ensuring that the expenses allocated for labor, contractors, supplies, and machinery are not surpassed.
  • Granting requests for purchases.
  • Making certain that the building process begins and ends on schedule and that daily and weekly deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, health, and safety standards.
  • Sending VOs and SIs to the project management team.
  • Carrying out regular quality checks.

Requirements:

-
Project Management experience in the construction industry is a MUST for this role
:

More than 3 years of construction site management experience
:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Technical Field.

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay:
$3, $5,500.00 per month
