  • Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
  • Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and aircraft
  • To identify name, flight information, date, and special service request details to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination
  • Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage
  • Compliance to SOP and safety standards
  • Attend to passengers inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
  • Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to converse and write in basic English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable to change and a good team player
  • Physically fit
  • Training will be provided, no experience needed

Salary:
$1, $1,700.00 per month
