We are in search of an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our client's dynamic team, specialized in Gen AI.

As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.

Your expertise will significantly enhance the service delivery of analytics solutions and products, creating substantial value for esteemed customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Deploy Machine Learning Models:

  • Innovate, design, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business problems.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define objectives, ensuring smooth deployment of models into production environments.

Model Training and Evaluation:

  • Utilize appropriate algorithms and techniques to train and finetune machine learning models.
  • Employ crossvalidation, hyperparameter optimization, and ensemble methods to evaluate model performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Model Deployment and Integration:

  • Work closely with software engineers and DevOps teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments.

Performance Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Proactively monitor model performance and promptly address any issues or anomalies that may arise.
  • Continuously improve models by refining algorithms, optimizing code, and incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, extracting valuable insights, and effectively present findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilize statistical methods and visualization techniques to communicate complex concepts and patterns.

Stay Up-to-Date with Latest Advancements:

  • Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the machine learning workflow.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in programming languages, especially Python.
  • Skilled in machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn, etc.
  • Solid understanding of Statistical Analysis, Probability Theory, and Hypothesis Testing.
  • Familiarity with machine learning tools on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Soft Skills:

  • Possess a problemsolving and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop innovative machine learning solutions for complex challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new tools and techniques, with a demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
