Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure highquality deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of Rhea products.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams to define project requirements and deliver new features.
  • Maintain code integrity and organization, ensuring the best coding standards and security practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Engage in API contract discussions with backend teams to ensure efficient and scalable app performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to refine product concepts and designs.
  • Balance technical leadership with handson development work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on full stack development.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Proficient in modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
  • Strong understanding of database design and management.
  • Experience with cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, including deployment and publishing processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in API contract negotiations and crossfunctional team interactions.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to perform in a dynamic, highpressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, MobX, etc.).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices.
  • Experience with mobile development (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android).
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
