Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with the pet retailers, defend shelf space to increase product offerings and shelf presence.
  • Continually engage pet retailers to keep abreast with customers' needs, strengthen the business partnership and generate repeat sales orders.
  • Provide product training to staff in the stores.
  • Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with Logistics/Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Work closely with Accounts to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketingonmarketing efforts and promotions and execute them with the retailers.
  • Participate in roadshows and promotional events to create company/product awareness and generate sales.
  • Meet/ exceed sales targets.
