We are on the lookout for a prospective team member to fill the position of Client Service Associate - Vietnam Market within our Treasury Services department. This position is based in Singapore, with a hybrid work setup.

Your contributions in this role will include:

  • Serving as the primary client contact for daily inquiries, ensuring prompt responses while adhering to service standards to deliver a superior client experience
  • Establishing and maintaining strong internal relationships, pinpointing root causes and areas for enhancement during conflict resolution with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and market trends to offer additional services like digital solutions for clients
  • Leading and organizing service ventures such as Service Account Plan and Service Reviews
  • Analyzing trends/data and presenting findings to clients to spot service and process enhancement opportunities aimed at bolstering straight through processing rates
  • Supporting multiple regions (as needed) and client accounts across South & Southeast Asia

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Years of relevant experience in product/financial services within the banking or client servicing sector
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is desirable to cater to the client segment
  • Fundamental knowledge of transaction banking products (FX, Payments, Trade Finance, Cash Management, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
