We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and personable individual to join our newly opened Spa/F&B establishment as a Reception Hostess.

Located at Outram Road, Singapore, we are seeking a passionate individual who will provide a warm and welcoming experience to our esteemed guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Escort guests to their designated areas, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide information about our services, facilities, and promotions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a wellorganized and presentable reception area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as managing reservations and maintaining guest records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and make guests feel valued.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages to effectively communicate with Mandarinspeaking customers and colleagues.
  • Wellgroomed appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and on rotating shifts.
  • Knowledge of the spa or F&B industry is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are advantageous.
