Are you passionate about overseeing the design and installation of facades in high-rise buildings? If you are a detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of facade experience in Singapore, we have an exciting opportunity for you


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for finalizing designs and producing shop drawings/material submissions for all facades
  • Coordinate with specialized sub-contractors, clients, and facade consultants
  • Review, coordinate, and manage interfaces with other trades
  • Ensure compliance of design drawings with authorities' requirements
  • Supervise architectural works and coordinate technical matters with stakeholders
  • Manage BIM data and maintain project template files
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve clashes
  • Prepare and review drawings for submission to sub-contractors
  • Review and revise revision status
  • Compile As-built drawings upon project completion
  • Detail and document working drawings
  • Check on-site for adherence to construction drawings
  • Attend to architectural materials, sample board submissions, and review comments

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Working Location: Jurong East
  • Must be able to commit to 6 working days per week
  • Minimum 3 years of facade experience in a Singapore Main Contractor firm
  • Preferable experience in high-rise building facades
