About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Design Specialist to join our team at Commonwealth Glasteelum (SG) Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing facade design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement facade design schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure that all design deliverables, including drawings and specifications, meet the required standards and project specifications.
  • Oversee the preparation of design documents to ensure they are efficient, well-coordinated, practical, and constructible.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project specifications, ensuring that design drawings adhere to company design guidelines and structural calculations.
  • Collaborate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and factory teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or higher qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facade design, including window and door design, curtain wall, claddings, etc.
  • Familiarity with Autocad drafting and 3D software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
