Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Weekly Service Audit
  • Monthly arrange for Prescrap audit Scrap audit o
  • Nonlogistics invoices to SEA portal
  • Verification of Settlement Logistics invoices
  • Handle Inventory Discrepancy Analysis
  • Stock Transfer for all Inventory related request
  • Update weekly invoice & monitor Pending Return [ WUPRR
  • Warranty Used Parts Return] for HQ shipments
  • Packing Material consumption and PO to respective vendors handling followup.
  • Insurance claim
  • Monitor Ontime GI / GR and support all EDI, operation issues related to missing ASN
  • Audit Archiving Import/Export Shipping documents, Pending open ASN and followup Clearance.

Parts Planner Support:

  • Release Shipping Instruction for Part-Share, Purchase orders
  • Release Swat DO for urgent customer repair Selfcollection & Export DO


 Vendor Claim
  • Discrepancy, damage reporting, Claim followup
  • Reverse Logistics: Non-Moving & Monthly scarp STO

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in warehouse supply chain management
  • Experience in Excel (pivot table), powerpoint.
