1 Complies with the in-house policies, rules & regulations. 2 Adheres to RTC standard policy & procedure for receiving function. 3 Plans, directs, controls and co-ordinates the activities of all receiving personnel. 4 Supervises and oversees the overall administration of the receiving section. 5 Records and oversees the overall administration of the receiving section.
6 Records and acknowledges the receipt of all the food & beverage items, general supplies and operating equipment 7 Ensures that the quantity and quality of goods received are in accordance with the Purchase Order / Market List.
8 Detects damaged or defective goods and rejects them accordingly. 9 Prepare Daily Receiving Reports. 10 Prompts transfer of goods received to the designated location. 11 Informs Cost Control and Procurement of any unfulfilled deliveries to enable proper follow up with suppliers. 12 Verifies all the invoices and delivery orders against Market List, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders. 13 Updates all Delivery Orders / Invoices into Material Control System. 14 Responsible for day to day activities of the dry store and beverage store. 15 Ensures cleanliness at all storage areas. 16 Ensures that dry store & beverage store requisitions are properly authorized before issuing. 17 Ensures and maintains dry store & beverage store transactions are in order. 18 Maintains maximum and minimum par on all items. 19 Submit Store Order to Cost Control for approval. 20 Performs inventory count for dry store & beverage store.
