Associate - Operations & Admin
Asia Community Foundation Ltd.

(ACF) is seeking qualified full time Associate - Operations & Admin to help set up the operations of a new and exciting non-profit.


ACF is a Singapore-based organization which aims to unlock latent giving within Asia by offering a holistic suite of services to facilitate smooth cross-border giving for donors who intend to pursue an intentional, strategic giving plan.

ACF's key value proposition is to help donors give more effectively, efficiently, and securely within Asia, by leveraging on a shared infrastructure that is professionally managed, technology-supported, and well-networked with the necessary local ground intelligence.

ACF will help to match donor interests to funding opportunities in the Asia region through the establishment and administration of Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) and provision of advisory services to donors.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibility of the intern will be to support the team across various tasks relating to the setting up of the operations of ACF

These include:

  • Support due diligence processes by doing desk research, checking, and verifying data to be uploaded onto ACF's grantee database.
  • Assist in developing internal policies to ensure the efficient running of ACF's operations.
  • Assist with regulatory and compliancerelated filings and communications.
  • Support preparation of donor and grantee onboarding and DAF accountopening documentation.
  • Outreach and coordination with donors and nonprofit organisations across Asia, including assistance with the relevant collateral.
  • Meeting coordination with partners including banks, government agencies, international foundations and ACF's service providers.
  • Writing up meeting notes, tracking workflow, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Familiar with database management (e.g. Excel, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets)
  • Strong interpersonal and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, ability to think on one's feet, and digest substantial content information in a short time.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask while working on tight deadlines.
  • Some legal, regulatory and/or compliance background and knowledge will be helpful.
