YOUR CHALLENGE
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prioritize trade ideas, product launches, and campaigns from different teams within IWMS, markets, and lending functions
- Engage with Front RM's in each location to drive consensus and enhance NNM, volumes, and revenues
- Identify target clients, activate dormant accounts, and assist RM's in expanding client relationships
- Review sales activities to assess traction and impact
- Collaborate with the Front to develop tailored solutions
- Proactively gather front-end ideas and requirements for specialized solutions
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient solutioning
- Coordinate portfolio reviews for clients with AUM below CHF 10 Mio and key PSR clients
- Support RMs in implementing recommended portfolio actions
- Partner with BD, RM, Mandate, and Financial Advisors to enhance DM penetration
- Drive engagement with BD & RM on Fund switch recommendations
- Provide general support by sharing updates on markets and educational demand at the front
- Collect and distribute best practices and success stories from various businesses and regions
YOUR PROFILE
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse situations and work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds
- Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet with a strong risk awareness
- Proactive, independent, with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence
- Team player with high personal integrity and ethical standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience working with RM's and expertise in multiple asset classes
- Knowledge of CACS Papers 1 and 2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
