Customer Success Consultant

The focus of the practice is to build and launch new greenfield ventures from concept through to market launch and scale.
They work with large incumbant businesses to build new standalone companies.
As part of this they have built a number of B2B enteprise software businesses and are now seeking an
experienced B2B enterprise software customer success consultant to join their team and support these new software solution ventures build out their capabilities in driving adoption, usage and benefit realisation within the enterprises they sell their software to.
- Deep and proven experience working for large B2B enterprise software providers and leading customer success
- Headed up customer success functions and driven adoption of enterprise technology solutions such as Cloud, IoT, Cyber Security etc in Asia
- Confidence in working with csuite client stakeholders
The role will focus on ensuring end clients leverage the software sold to them effectively and realise the benefits of the solutions.
