The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative educators to become part of this dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work model and regular office hours from Monday to Friday.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You should have experience in creating and implementing curriculum in areas such as: Gamified STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Coding & Robotics, or the Social Sciences (e.g., Anthropology, Economics, Geography, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, History, Law, Linguistics, and Criminology)
  • You value hands-on, interest-based, and project-oriented learning opportunities.
  • You excel at designing captivating and interactive lessons that encourage students to explore and learn.
  • You are dedicated to promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning in your students.
  • You are skilled in providing constructive assessments and feedback to support student development.
  • You create a supportive environment that empowers students to pursue their interests.
  • Continuous learning is a priority for you, and you strive to stay informed about the latest trends in education.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 3 years of teaching experience in your specialized field (Gamified STEM, Coding & Robotics, or Social Sciences) with students at: MOE Secondary Schools (Singapore), Tertiary Education Institutions, or Middle and/or High Schools (International Schools)
  • Student-centered teaching philosophy emphasizing curiosity and a passion for learning rather than rote memorization.
  • You possess a contagious enthusiasm for education and are dedicated to fostering a positive and innovative learning atmosphere.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills enabling you to build effective relationships with students, peers, and parents.
