Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Managing, tracking, and reporting TV/AV team's monthly budgets daily within set deadlines and compliance
- Handling marketing expenses and sales support accruals
- Coordinating with vendors/partners from bidding to payment processes
- Working closely with finance and internal stakeholders
- Managing redemptions, including inquiries and gift delivery schedules
- Conducting promotion briefings and assisting product managers with promotion memos
- Updating competitive benchmarking charts and market intelligence reports regularly
- Analyzing campaign results post-activity
- Liaising with IMDA for Digital TV registration
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- 1 year of relevant work experience in a support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous with numbers/data
- Problem-solving mindset and resourceful nature
