  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies for optimal talent alignment.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders on organizational design and planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address workforce requirements.
  • Partner with Finance and People teams on headcount and budget planning.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Manage the workforce planning and allocation process efficiently.
  • Utilize data and reports for informed headcount decisions.
  • Create and maintain forecasting models for future talent needs.
  • Offer strategic advice to leadership based on thorough analysis.
  • Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies.
  • Align workforce planning with broader talent management goals.
  • Oversee people-related budget setting and monitoring.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends in workforce planning and analytics.

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR strategy, organizational design, or financial planning & analytics.
  • Background in financial planning and analysis is advantageous.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and visualization tools like Tableau, data studio.
  • Knowledge of HR information systems like Workday, SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Passion for problem-solving, numbers, and creative thinking.
  • Team player with integrity, humility, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and experience levels.
  • Self-starter who challenges the status quo and works well under pressure.
  • Experience in management or strategy consulting is beneficial.
