  • We are looking for an amazingly wellrounded Fintech Operations Manager to join us in growing our business of Sleek Business Account in all Sleek markets. You will be responsible for efficiently engaging and acquiring new clients at scale. _
  • You will have a passion for understanding business owners, and an ability to creatively articulate the problems that keep them up at night. You will be skilled in translating these deep client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning business results. You should have excellent customer relationships and communications skills, have a flair for marketing, and love to problemsolve and think on your feet. Additionally, you should be committed to exceeding customer acquisition and NPS targets, within a firm that cares deeply about creating client happiness. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in growing Sleek's Fintech offerings to be trusted and wellloved solutions for entrepreneurs and business owners in Singapore and beyond. _
Position Duties

  • Grow base of Sleek business accounts and increase their usage
  • Own process documents, operational procedures and knowledge bases, keeping them up to date and goto resource.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent end to end customer service, from onboarding to maintenance to issues resolution.
  • Drive a customer centric approach in defining requirements with product and technology teams, gotomarket strategies with marketing teams and processes with customer support teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners related to the business account.
  • Keep track of market developments and be an active participant in the Fintech ecosystem, driving Sleek's Fintech solution to be fit for purpose and best in class.
  • Hire, train and manage a Fintech team.

Requirements:

  • Maintain ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
  • Experience in SME customer facing roles like sales, relationship management, or branch banking.
  • Operating knowledge of payments and related regulatory requirements.
  • Enjoy engaging and helping customers, and possess good listening and communication skills.
  • Strong partnership and business development capabilities.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, being able to work independently, and having space to create and problemsolve.
  • Have a growth mindset that is collaborative and teamoriented.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in FinTech or SME banking roles.
