Primary Purpose


As Assoc Manager/Manager, you will be responsible to provide ad operations and sales operations support to effectively manage and deliver client's digital campaigns.

You need to manage relationships between clients and ACCSS to ensure advertising targets are achieved or exceeded, and campaigns are delivered on-brief.

You should also maintain an in-depth understanding of the ACCSS Product suite, as well as Ad Operations providing a consultative approach when dealing with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of digital strategy and corresponding media plans.
  • Work closely with Sales team on Presales pitches to win accounts
  • Manage the delivery of campaigns and ensuring campaigns meet deliverables.
  • Ensure delivery standards for campaigns and accounts.
  • Effectively communicate ACCSS' value proposition & product suite.
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive incremental revenue growth within existing client accounts.
  • Accountable for onboarding, training & fulfillment of all deployments.
  • Constantly monitor & improve customer satisfaction as it relates to the management, execution, implementation & fulfillment processes.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives/Sales Account Managers/Sales Managers/Account Directors and Ad Operations team to ensure campaigns are delivered to meet advertiser objectives.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Ad Operations, with experience across Display, Mobile, Video & Social
year practical experience in at least one or more of the following DSPs with demonstrated capability to manage the platforms and run the campaigns autonomously

  • Strong knowledge of digital media
  • Experience delivering both Awareness and Direct Response campaigns while exceeding advertiser performance metrics
  • Experience in one of the top rich media trafficking systems (DoubleClick, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc)
  • Some technical knowledge with HTML, JavaScript, & Flash
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with comScore reporting systems
  • Experience with Nielsen or other thirdparty verification tools
  • Dynamic and selfmotivated to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong analytical planning and decisionmaking skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Results and goal orientated
