What You'll Do
  • Liaison for Project Manager for augmented resources / interns' periodical administration (requisition, timesheet tracking, reflection reports, leave application, etc)
  • Support Project Managers to onboard/offboard project team members – Security Clearance, Onboarding/offboarding checklist
  • Support hiring of new project team members- scheduling of interviews and tracking of hiring and related administration documentation
  • Assist Project Managers in terms of project administration activities such as financials tracker and augmented resources renewal tracker
  • Support Project Managers with project documentation, operational procedures, and tracking progress
What Will Make You Shine
  • A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as Project Admin / PMO or related project administrative role, preferably in IT or relevant industries
  • Attention to details and technicalities
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Good interpersonal, team player, meticulous, analytical, and writing skills
