Roles & Responsibilities

Position :
Auditorium and Facilities Management Executive

Contract period :
Immediate (1 year)

Working hours :
Mon - Thurs : 8.30am -6pm, Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch break

Responsibilities:

  • Carries out administrative duties such as processing Auditorium booking and keeping track of equipment and stores within the Auditorium.
  • Carries out administrative duties such submission of namelist of worker to pass office
  • Provide Technical support for Audio-Visual system such as microphone, speakers, projectors, lighting system and stage equipment in the MINDEF Auditorium during events
  • Support event organizers who booked the auditorium to ensure smooth running of event.
  • Carry out routine building inspection and prepare an inspection report.
  • Organize data from feedback channel and prepare a monthly report of the data

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Audio-Visual system such as microphone, speakers, projectors, lighting system
  • Proficient in communicating and writing
  • Diploma / GCE 'N'/'O' Level qualifications (The executive will need to prepare building defect inspection report on a regular basis and he/she will need some level of data analysis skills to organize and present building infra data.). Salary range from $1,800 $2,400 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
