Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

Job description:
About the job:
- Working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams for designing and implementing digital solutions using JAVA / J2EE technologies.
- Handling development/design projects using Java, J2EE, Oracle, Angular and Tomcat.
- Establishing regular code reviews tied to ongoing components / projects development.
- Managing a team formed for the specific project perspective to deliver Projects and JIRA Enhancement release.
- Working with Bank's core architects and IT security teams to ensure policies and guidelines are adhered.
- Acting as a liaison between the business users/Operations and the technical team.
- Working with different IT teams, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the Trade Finance.
- Conducting and/or participating in the requirement gathering, solution design and formulation of an overall solution design.
- Explaining the rationalized proposed solution and feedback changes to the development team.
- While implementing a solution, producing documentation.
- Working closely with team manager and cross teams for technical/functional solution.
- Reviewing the technical/functional specification together with delivery teams.
- Working with development team on the smooth delivery of the solution.
- Conducting system testing and support on UAT.
- Investigating, locating, and fixing problems reported.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related technical fields is preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in relevant industry
- Experience in banking industry is a plus
- Experience in Java 7 &
- Familiar with Swing & Spring framework, UNIX
- Experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- Having exposure on some DevOps skills: Bitbucket, Sonar QUBE, Jenkins etc.
- Ability to work in quick paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with others and be a teamplayer
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively in written documents and oral presentations, explaining concepts clearly to audiences at various levels of technical knowledge
