Role Overview:

As a Sell-Side M&A Broker Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying lending businesses ripe for divestment and introducing them to the transformative opportunities offered by our SPAC client.

Your existing relationships within the non-bank lending industry will be your greatest asset as you collaborate with us to explore acquisition prospects, develop compelling divestment strategies, and ultimately contribute to reshaping the landscape of lending.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your network and industry insights to identify potential lending clients seeking divestment opportunities.
  • Develop customized divestment strategies aligned with each client's unique goals and market trends.
  • Lead negotiations with potential lending clients, aiming for favorable terms that align with our acquisition objectives.
  • Collaborate with our team to assess the strategic fit and potential value of lending businesses.
  • Engage in transparent communication, keeping stakeholders informed of transaction progress and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of [Your SPAC Name] through industry networking and identifying business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Sell-Side M&A Broker within the nonbank lending sector.
  • Proven track record of successful divestments and negotiations.
  • Strong network of relationships within the nonbank lending industry.
  • Indepth understanding of lending business dynamics, valuation, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Ethical conduct, professionalism, and a clientfocused mindset.
