As a Dedicated Digital Business Partner, your role involves acting as the primary link between our company and clients to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions and services. Collaborating with Service Delivery Directors, you will understand client needs, develop strategic IT initiatives, and enhance customer satisfaction through value-added services.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Directors to align IT strategies with client objectives and business goals.
  • Act as the main client contact for all IT-related matters, including project updates and issue resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on IT best practices and emerging technologies to support decision-making.
  • Identify IT opportunities and risks, proactively developing mitigation plans for successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate client meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term client relationships, stay updated on industry trends, and anticipate client needs.

Qualities We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' IT experience, with at least 3 years in a consulting role.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering IT solutions in a BPO or consulting environment.
  • Strong technical expertise across various IT domains, including software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure are a plus.
