The role
Act as strategic advisor and deliver on Brand-Led Employee Experience (BLEE) projects in APAC.

Duties and Responsibilities

Shape BLEE thought leadership and offering:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding in concepts, tools and solutions around employee experience, people culture, people engagement, talent/employer brand
  • Support APAC Executive Director for BLEE to establish new thinking and approaches to augment the current BLEE offer for APAC by developing an understanding of clients' paintpoints in APAC as well as the solutions that will meet their needs
  • Be the conduit to offer APAC BLEE insights to global Landor & Fitch (L&F) teams

Deliver on BLEE projects:

  • Drive strategic employer brand programs as part of overall client brand strategy
  • Lead proposals and support BLEE, Client Service and Strategy teams on pitches
  • Participate in new business pitches
  • Handle projects endtoend from kickoff to final delivery, partnering with clients and L&F teams e.g., creative team, Global Design Studio, Client Service team, Insights & Analytics team
  • Be responsible for project management in terms of the relevant processes in order to deliver on time and to client expectations
  • Translate employee experience strategies into briefs that inspire great creative work

Make connections:

  • Support APAC Executive Director for BLEE and Client Services teams to build relationships with clients in APAC with the objective of positioning L&F as a leader in the field of Brand-Led Employee Culture/Experience
  • Develop/strengthen relationships within L&F:
- between BLEE teams in APAC, EMEA and NA - to share and leverage best practices, skills and knowledge
- with teams across offerings, geographies and client services - to partner on client opportunities and educate teams on BLEE offering
- with teams across corporate functions - to find solutions to scale the BLEE practice in APAC

Required Experience

  • Bachelors degree from a top undergraduate program
  • Experience in business and marketing strategy with clear understanding of brand equity
  • Experience working in branding agency or consulting firms advantageous
  • Experience in talent brand, employer branding, internal communications/ engagement highly advantageous
