Reporting to the Head of Department, the HR & Admin manager will be responsible for performing the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.


He/She will be reviewing HR functions throughout the region, this includes policy, succession planning, performance appraisals, compensation & benefits etc.

The successful applicant will be working within a fast-paced well-established organization.

Adecco is partnering with a well-established organization from the Logistic industry.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform the full spectrum of HR function across the region (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management etc.
  • To provide HR advices and supports to management team for all employee related matters and business planning.
  • To develop and review HR policies and procedures, updating of employee handbook across the region
  • To identify market trends and to provide recommendations to improve on performance, retention and employee engagement.
  • Handles any other assigned HR and administrative projects.

Experience Requirements:

  • Degree of related fields.
  • Minimally 10 years of strong handson HR & Admin experience
  • Prior experience in the Logistic industry is a strong advantage
  • Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
