- Handle ServiceNow Siebel Administration Role (Customer Service management-CSM Vertical)
- Interact with the team and guide in technical analysis, designing & performance tuning
**- Work with globally distributed teams & build excellent working relationships with other teams inside and outside of Global Software Engineering.
**Key Requirements:
- Must have Computer Science or equivalent graduation degree
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Service-now Administration and Support
- Strong Skillsets with ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Cloud Architecture
- Well versed with ServiceNow Configurations
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
- Manage ServiceNow master data: users, groups, roles, Catalog administration
- Experience around ServiceNow Portal
- Knowledge in: Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications
- Experience with MID server, Import Sets
- Experience in Handling Event Management and Event Correlation
- ServiceNow Integration Experience
**- Experience working in Agile Projects
