Position Overview:


You will be responsible for product quality-related matters, including technical support guidelines and liaising with the manufacturing team for new launches.

You will play a crucial part in delivering product information to all other departments.

Your role will revolve around ensuring that products meet the required quality standards, implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards. This involves designing quality control tests, establishing inspection criteria, and setting up quality checkpoints throughout the production process.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and identify any deviations or defects. This includes inspecting sample units, spare parts, and finished products to ensure they meet the specified quality requirements.
  • Educate internal teams about the product/service features, functionality, usage, and troubleshooting steps to enhance their understanding of the products.
  • Capable of performing handson work with the products to understand their mechanisms and functionality, and document it for training and coaching purposes.
  • Perform various quality control tests to evaluate product performance, functionality, and reliability.
  • Maintain and update accurate records and documentation for quality test results, analyze data trends, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.
  • Train employees on quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices by communicating qualityrelated information to internal stakeholders, such as production teams, management, and suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of handson QA experience in the electronics industry.
  • Knowledgeable about electronic products and electric circuit boards (e.g., PCB and other internal electrical spare parts).
  • Experience in documentation, updating performance dashboards, and record keeping.
  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable providing offline and online training and coaching.
  • Able to multitask with a tight schedule.
