Group Technology and Operations department at the bank ensures the existence of a strong, agile, and reliable infrastructure by focusing on productivity, quality, technology, skilled individuals, and innovation.

Within Group T&O, we handle most of the Bank's operational procedures and strive to impress our business partners through numerous banking access points.



Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly proficient and driven Senior Data Engineer to join our vibrant team.

This position plays a vital role in utilizing big data effectively to guide strategic decisions and propel our business to new heights.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data engineering, data analysis, and data science, along with a solid grasp of cloud computing.


Data Pipeline Development:
Create, construct, and manage scalable data pipelines to cater to various data processing and analytical requirements.

Big Data Management:
Manage extensive datasets using big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, among others.

Data Integration:
Merge data from diverse sources, ensuring uniformity, dependability, and ease of access for analysis.

Data Analysis:
Work closely with data analysts and data scientists to offer essential data assistance for analytical models and insights.

Optimization:
Enhance data systems and infrastructure for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Cloud Integration:
Employ cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP) to elevate data storage, processing, and retrieval

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, particularly with a focus on big data technologies.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and big data skills, including familiarity with data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, ELK, and more.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) is advantageous.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a passion for ongoing learning and enhancement.
