Position Summary:
We are seeking for motivated and energetic Customer Service and Operations Manager to help coordinate activities and provide operational support for the team.
This includes using established procedures and guidelines to provide information, advice, and assistance regarding Green Kitchen products and services to our customers.
He/She will also ensure a high level of service excellence is delivered to build long-term relationships with our clients.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative, coordination and operational support for the Team
- Coordinate activities of the service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in our service delivery
- Understand the needs and requirements of customers in order to provide the right information, advice and assistance
- Answer customer inquiries online including orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond in a timely manner.
- Follow up and coordinate with customers, logistics other general matters
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, receipts, payments, collections and reports
- Share customer feedback, and information with colleagues within Green Kitchen to innovate and create positive longterm benefits.
Key Competencies:
- Good knowledge of subscription systems and products and service offerings.
- Experienced level of customer service, sales coordination and contract preparation
- Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to understand the needs and requirements of customers to provide the right information, advice and assistance.
- High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
- Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
- Resourceful, resultsoriented and a team player.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management or similar with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Work schedule: 5 days work week, alternating Saturdays.
