  2. Operations Coordination:Collaborate with IT operations teams to identify project needs and define goals.

    Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party service providers.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and executive teams.
    Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

  4. Risk Management and Troubleshooting:Identify potential risks in IT operations and develop mitigation strategies.
    Address operational challenges promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly in operational environments.
    Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and system implementation projects.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems management.
  • Experience with operational tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cybersecurity standards.
