The TikTok Influencer Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales through authentic collaborations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identify and reach out to TikTok influencers aligned with Sunnystep’s brand values.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and campaign deliverables.
  • Develop strategies to maximize ROI from influencer collaborations.
  • Track influencer performance and optimize future partnerships based on data.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key creators and brand advocates.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

  • Experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and influencer effectiveness.
  • Understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and partnership best practices.
