Customer relations executive

Position overview:
We are looking for a results oriented Customer relations executive to onboard our sales team in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. The executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our professional services, promptly serving the customer needs and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Client acquisition: Identify and qualify leads, develop new relationships with new clients to drive referral business growth.
Client consultation: understanding client needs and solve client concerns with regards to leakages problems or building issues.
Proposal delivery: must be able to breakdown and quote solutions to clients in a simplified and understanding manner so that client are able to understand what are they paying for.
sales pipeline: executive must be able to drive revenue growth through development of more detailed servicing standards.
