Job Description:

  • Provide online technical support to customers, sharing trouble shooting video, user guidance video
  • Write concise and accurate FAQ workflows, automate replying for off-work hours chat
  • Delivery company smart home appliances to customer door step, assist with installation
  • Pick up faulty product from customer home for warranty service
  • Serve walk-in customers, register customers warranty information and demand into shared co-working sheet
  • Produce, upload, update product training video to online website and google drive
  • Assist to track, consumption rate of product spare parts, file procurement plan to supply chain team
  • Manage technicians daily repairing, service records, update customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Class 3 Driving License is required
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skill

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm & Saturday, 9am - 12:30pm
