Applicants for the Service Crew position should have a deep passion for customer service, embodied with people-first attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, friendly and empathetic.


Job Responsibilities :

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations serving food & beverages
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follows operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters, and equipment.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by continuously assessing the environment and customers for cues
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance
  • Contributes to a positive team environment
  • Any other duties that may be assigned


Requirements :

  • Able to commit at least 3 days (weekdays only).
  • Good working attitude, with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility.
  • Initiative to take on tasks proactively and a mindset geared toward problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate well with a diverse group of people in spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A passion for food and customer service.
