Roles & Responsibilities


  • Location: Tampines (Shuttle Bus will pick up from Ikea)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (8am to 5:30pm)

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to office
  • Assist various departments by scanning documents and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems
  • Oversee the leasing process for new dormitories, including property inspections, lease terminations, handovers, rent/lease negotiations, and coordination with agencies
  • Manage dormitory room allocation, ensuring the list is updated in real-time
  • Handle the application process for dormitory internet service (prepaid for one year)
  • Coordinate the rental, termination, handover, and management of workers' dormitories, as well as the pre-entry housing registration.
  • Collaborate with HR to update the addresses for expatriate dormitories
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
