  • Responsible for leading and managing the full life cycleR&D projects / programme and product delivery by planning,organizing, executing and evaluating from conception tocompletion.
  • Lead project scoping with internaland external stakeholders to establish communication plans, buildproject / programme schedules and establish clear project /programme deliverables and milestones.
  • Ensuresuccessful delivery of project / programme scope and targets whilemanaging project / programme risk, quality, delivery, scope,schedule, and budget.
  • Spearhead design,development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers throughactive leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigouracross multiple research institute project teams
  • Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legalchallenges
  • Drive design / process validationtesting, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecyclegovernance requirements
  • Ability to demonstratea good level of understanding of technical / engineering processesand lead teams throughout the project development cycle.

JOBREQUIREMENTS
  • Bacheloror Masters in any engineering / project management relateddiscipline
  • At least 3 years of projectmanagement experience in product development or research projectwould be preferable
  • PMP certifications orequivalent will be advantageous
  • Good businessacumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and projectdeadlines
  • Proactive team player andtechnically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver tointernal and external customers
  • Strongcommunicator with excellent interpersonalskills
