Job scope:

MOPEX / New Doctors’ Induction Training

  • Main person to track incoming and outgoing doctors (including MOPEX posting)
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for New Doctors’ Induction Training, Learning Portfolios and core coursesAssist the FMD Senior Director / Director to prepare presentation slides for MOPEX orientation
  • Compile and follow-up on the deliverables by new doctors as per training timeline
  • Prepare monthly status reports on new doctors’ training progress
  • Update the necessary tracking files
  • Present the status updates at the bi-monthly Key Trainers’ Meeting

Structured Medical Training

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to regular training activities e.g. Medical Forum, Key Trainers’ Meeting, Training of Trainers session and FMD Structured TrainingCoordinate and collate course registrations for doctors
  • Prepare monthly status reports on structured training
  • Track and monitor the outcome measures for the FMD structured training programmes and present the results at the bi-monthly Key Trainers’ Meeting

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for YLLSoM and LKCMedicine Medical Student Teachings
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for postgraduate training e.g. FM Residency, GDFM, FMCP, MMed (Family Medicine)

HMDP

  • Support the planning of eligible doctors for HMDP
  • Support the planning and coordinating of HMDP visiting experts to company

Shared Department Duties

  • Provide assistance and support on the following activities / event organized by FMD:
  • Primary Care Conference / Primary Care Forum
  • Overseas Experts Visit Programme (OEP)
  • FMD Retreat
  • General Admin
  • Assist Senior Director / Director and Trainers in amending presentation slides
  • Arrange meetings upon request
  • Minutes-taker upon request

Working hours:

  • 5 days office hours

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Open to travelling to the West
