Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients to promote our accounting and financial services.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients.
  • Collaborate on campaigns that highlight the firm’s expertise in corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and advisory services.
  • Manage social media platforms and content creation to engage audiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Client Servicing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on their accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business / Mass Communication / Marketing / Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field and preferred with experience in professional services industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers.
