WTT MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and execute engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including digital, broadcast, events and social media. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing our brand storytelling and visual identity.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video assets for marketing campaigns, social media, events, event presentation and other digital platforms.

  • Conceptualize and execute storyboarding, animatics, and final animation production to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Design and animate text, logos, icons, and graphical elements to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of video content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure all motion graphics and animations align with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and guidelines.
  • Develop templates and toolkits for consistency, scalability, and efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with the video production team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project objectives and create innovative visual solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, promotional materials, and special projects.
  • Might be required to travel to cover Events from time to time.
  • Edit and enhance video footage, seamlessly integrating motion graphics, audio, visuals, and effects to produce cohesive and engaging content.
  • Optimize video files and outputs for various platforms, ensuring smooth playback, compatibility, and performance across devices and formats.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, software, tools, and techniques in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Experiment with new technologies and creative approaches to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
  • Other duties as required by Management.


REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in motion graphics, compositing, and VFX processes, including render pipelines and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is essential.
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling and animation using tools like Cinema 4D or Autodesk Maya.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing, demonstrating a creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, video formats, codecs, and output optimization for various platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including working across different time zones.

Desirable:

  • Passion for sport and business.
  • Ability to work in multiple languages, with preference for South East Asian Languages.
