Roles & Responsibilities

Join a dynamic and nurturing learning environment where you can make a meaningful impact on young learnersAs a Phonics Teacher / Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an engaging phonics program that fosters literacy skills and a lifelong love for learning.
  • Work Schedule: 4 Weekdays + Saturdays or Sundays

Salary Range:

  • Full Time Phonics Teacher: $2800 to $3000
  • Full Time Teaching Assistant: $2200 to $2300

Working Hours:

  • Weekdays: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Implement a proven phonics curriculum to help students develop essential literacy skills in a fun and interactive way.
  2. Foster a Love for Learning: Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and exploration.
  3. Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess student development and provide constructive feedback to parents to keep them informed.
  4. Utilise Teaching Resources: Leverage a wide range of teaching tools and materials to enhance the learning experience.
  5. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues and management to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional learning environment.
