Job Scope

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, frame designs, and lens technologies to provide expert advice on the most flattering and trendy eyewear options.
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to determine customers' prescription needs accurately. Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools and techniques to assess eye health, refractive errors, and other vision-related conditions.
  • Recommend eyewear options that not only correct customer’s vision but also complement their personal style, face shape, and individuality.
  • Perform precise measurements, adjustments, and fittings to ensure that every pair of glasses fits perfectly.
  • Collaborate with a team of optical experts to select the ideal lenses for each customer's visual needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the boutique. Offer post-purchase support, addressing any concerns or issues customers may have.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences, workshops, and fashion events to stay at the forefront of eyewear trends.
  • Offer customers personalized recommendations for suitable colour contact lenses and clear contact lenses to enhance visual clarity and comfort.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Optometry or related field
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in Optometrist with fully registered Singapore Optometrists & Optician Board (OOB) is required
  • Possess contact lens (CL) knowledge through CL Fitting, Dispensing and aftercare and CL complications
