HR Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
- Providing HR and administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing employee leave requests, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation
- Handling employee inquiries and providing general HR-related support
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR-related operations
- Providing support for HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Nitec in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- With 1 year of experience in HR administration role
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
