Patient Service Billing Executive

Job Description:
- Support the review and implementation of billing and receipting processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of the billing system to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for patients.
- Oversee the generation of bills and claims, payment collection, and reconciliation of financial postings.
- Identify inconsistencies or errors in billing, troubleshoot system issues, and perform end-to-end testing of fixes in a staging environment prior to deployment.
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios to validate system fixes holistically.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments to address policy changes and implement hospital initiatives while ensuring sound processes and system readiness.
- Ensure adherence to Ministry guidelines and policies for various financing schemes.
- Enhance operational efficiency within the billing and receipting team.
- Participate in organizational improvement and IT projects as assigned.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
