Opportunity for a Jnr/Mid Level Associate to join the Investment Funds Team in Singapore

Description

The Singapore office is keen to work with lawyers who have:

  • Worked on matters including the structuring and formation of open-ended and close-ended funds across relevant asset classes and relevant jurisdictions;
  • Handled and has experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing of fund documentation (including private funds);
  • Worked on matters which include advising on regulatory compliance and licensing issues relevant to fund formation, registration and fund operational matters (this including GP stake transactions and licensed/regulated fund manager issues, amongst others);
  • Worked on matters (directly or indirectly) liaising with Singapore regulatory authorities (including licensing and tax related aspects) for private and public fund matters as well as fund managers.
  • Experience working with international/global clients with offices across different regions and time zones.
