Human Resource Officer

Job description:
- Full cycle of recruitment- Create job ads, shortlist, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and work pass application and onboarding.
- Cessation of staff - offboarding and cessation process.
- Assist in monthly processing of salary.
- Review and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, revise and implement compensation and benefits plans.
- Assist with company events planning.
- Adhoc duties as assigned- if any.
Requirements: - Minimum a diploma in business or human resource management or related field.
- At least 1 year HR generalist working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- IHRP certification preferred.
